Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you so much for your Holy Word that reveals Your truths to me. Please keep each of us from the evil one. Help me to worship only You. Help me to pray for Your guidance to lead me in the path that You have chosen for me. Help me to be an example of Your Son in my home so that I can reach others to reveal Your Son when among all people.

Loving Father and Eternal God,
Help us to stand firm for the truth, and let it start in our families. We pray for the institution of marriage which You ordained between man and woman. Your Word tells us that is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife and become one flesh. We pray the covenant of marriage will be bound tightly by a cord of three…husband, wife, and Jesus at the center. We pray families will worship and pray together, and parents will seek You to lead and guide them, giving them love and patience each day. Father God, we pray for traditinal values in the home where Your love is shared and the truth of your Holy Word is taught. The world is calling us to break tradition of the God-ordained institution of marriage. Keep us rooted and grounded in your Word so we can discern what is right and true and share the truth in gentleness and in love. We lift up to You families in our congregation, community, and our nation, and pray for a hedge of protection around the sacredness of marriage and family.. It is in Jesus’ Holy name we pray these things.Amen
In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Guide me Lord to be a true disciple. May I rightly relate to you – I need to know you myself, before I go live and share love through your Spirit. Help me remain in your love, desiring to be willfully obedient to your commands and to be a grateful recipeint of your joy. Amen
Heavenly Father,
By the power of the Holy Spirit living in us, strengthen us to share the joy that we have in our Risen Lord. Help us to live in the freedom of forgiveness, and please use us to share your love with those whom you place in our path. Holy Spirit, please help us to surrender to your care and direction each day, so that our lives will reflect the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. As we have been called to “go and tell”, we pray that others will hunger for the fruit of your love and salvation. In Christ’s Holy Name we pray and give thanks,

Almighty Father, we praise you for salvation through the resurrected Christ, who fulfilled your Word and revealed your Truth. He exmplified love and gave us the Holy Spirit for guidance. Help us to love one another and to understand obedience to your cammands through belief in Christ, so we can do what pleases you. When we are sinful, guide us into repentance, so our actions can draw others to the peace from knowing the Living Word. Our lives are everlasting because Jesus died for our sin. He will never abandon us. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Light for all people. In His name, we pray. Amen

Heavenly Father, Every good gift and perfect gift comes from you. You are a faitful God and Your mercy endures forever.
You have promised to bless the nation that trusts in You. Our currency proclaims “In God We Trust,” but in our cultue we are far from You.
In the words of the prophet Daniel, “W have sinned and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly and rebelled, even by departing from Your precepts and Your judgments.”
We come before You once more, seeking Your forgiveness and mercy. You, O God, are our only hope…Hear our prayer and, for Your honor’s sake, shine Your face upon this nation.
Give our leaders the desire to seek your wisdom and the courage to follow your guidance…and watch over the men and women of our armed forces as they sacrifice for the cause of freedom.
We give you thanks for all You have done for us, and we earnestly pray that You will help us become, once aain, a nation whose God is the Lord.

Oh God, I plead to You to guard me against loneliness and despair. I pray for strength in my garden of temptation when the tempter comes and whispers in my ear to forsake You. Give me the victory over my prevailing sin as I seek the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God to keep me strong. Come Holy Spirit and indwell in me daily so I might grow more like Christ in my faith and love for others. Jesus, you are my example of sacrificial love as you gave your life for me and erased my iniquities. It is this example I must follow to serve and love others.
